2. Agreement to Terms By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part,
please refrain from using our services.
3. Booking and Payments
3.1 Reservation Process
Deposits are normally 20% of the total tour cost and it payable at the time of booking via bank transfer. To secure a spot on our tours, follow the outlined booking process on our website or through authorized agents. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
3.2 Payment Methods and Deadlines We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
Payment deadlines are specified during booking. Failure to meet deadlines may result in cancellation.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Terms for Canceling Reservations
If you need to cancel your reservation, notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees apply based on the time of cancellation.
Cancellation of tour bookings must be made in writing and received by Peak Ethiopia Tours. More than 45 days prior to arrival for a full refund of deposit.
Otherwise, it will be the following charges:
45+ Days Prior: No penalty of deposit (Except for 500.00 ETB per person for Air ticket penalty).
30 to 45 Days Prior: 75% refund of tour cost.
20-30 Days Prior: 50% refund of tour cost.
10-20 Days Prior: 25% refund of tour cost.
10 Days prior or less, no refund will be made.
4.2 Refund Procedures and Timelines
Refunds are subject to our refund policy. Processing times vary; please allow up to 3 to 7 business days for refunds.
5. Travel Itinerary
5.1 Details on the Tour Package
Your tour itinerary, including destinations, activities, and accommodations, will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated promptly.
