Trek through a valley with views of Jinbar River waterfalls. Cross Jinbar River and ascend into the village of Geech.

Continue to Chenek, passing Korbete Metia and a good spot for spotting lammergeyers. Overnight camping in Chenek. Total trekking time: 7 – 9 hours.
Trek to Mt. Bwahit and cross the Bwahit Pass. Enjoy views of the Mesheha River Valley and Ras Dashen. Afternoon drive back to the lodge. Overnight at the lodge. Total trekking time: 3-4 hours.
